Goodie Bags -Possible contents - pad, pen, water, choc bar, old issues of mags, free software, EDsoft Bags...
Do you have any contacts i.e. parents in community with their own business, who may like to contribute to the goodie bags?
Rocky to investigate a source for cloth bags
Do we really need this, it will be a lot of work? (Peter -OPS)
I think Ian from Bellevue has made a start with goodie bags - Rocky

Information pack- Map,parking info,

Technicalities i.e. teacher laptop use at conference - Dave Rocky, and Judi to meet with Rob to discuss wireless options and internet safety. Once this is sorted we will need to ensure we have a handout for other schools giving instructions for logging on that day.

Having a set of instructions for attendees so they can get their laptops configured before they arrive would save a heap of hassle (Peter - OPS)!

Registration Process - To be sorted before the day so teachers know which workshops they are going to. Aim to keep workshops to a maximum of 25 delegates.(Canvass schools for numbers. Who is doing it as a TOD?Teacher Aides to attend?)Geoff

Advertising/Marketing - Flyers, registration forms to be designed

Online Env. - will need to be established to support learning post conference

BLOGGING- this could be an idea for a workshop in the afternoon. I know at Otumoetai blogging looks set to take off in classes with a number of teachers looking at setting one up - just a thought! (Peter - OPS)

Other Considerations:
Gifts/ Fees for presnters + keynotes

Stationery - photocopying, CDs, labels, signs, etc
